Adapted Abilities Artistic Swimming

This program is open to swimmers of all ages with special needs. Swimmers will work 1-on-1 with a synchro coach. Swimmers will work on basic synchro kicks, sculls, floats, and positions, and will develop a routine that can be performed at London Regional Artistic Swimming Club watershows or local competitions. Boys and girls are welcome. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water.

- 1 hour per week, 1 day per week

- Cost: variable, depending on competitions, bathing suit ordering, etc.

This program is geared for, but not limited to athletes between the ages of 7 to 13 years of age.
